Shore Dreams Vacation Rentals Policy Regarding the Oil Spill
Refunds: If Federal, State, or Local authorities close the beach, we will issue full refunds less any payment processing fees with a minimum of $50 ("processing fees") to any guest that has booked a condo through Shore Dreams Vacation Rentals. If the beach is still closed two weeks prior to a guests' arrival, we will issue a full refund less "processing fees". Any fees associated with the cancellations except a cancellation prior to the official closure of the beaches (normal cancellation policy applies) can be credited towards a future Shore Dreams Vacation rental (see Rescheduling). If any vacationers wish to cancel their vacation prior to any official closing of the beach, we will issue refunds based on our cancellation policy that was in effect at the time of booking the reservation. Rescheduling: We will give any concerned guest the opportunity to re-schedule their vacation at a later date versus cancel and lose their deposit. This may result in moving a confirmed booking from one condo to another based on availability and situation and may also result in rate changes based on season.
