WELCOME TO OUR SHORE DREAMS VACATION UNIT AT 407 LINKSIDE LANE
INTERNET This unit is equipped with Wireless Internet. If you have a wireless internet card, you should be able to log in as you would at an internet café. (by the way, we also do not guarantee that you will be able to connect all the time…) If you need an SMPT Server it is smtp.east.cox.net. Problems connecting? If the internet is not connecting, please unplug the modem and the wireless router for 30 seconds. Plug in the modem and then the router and you should be able to access the internet. Sometimes you may need to reboot your computer. If that does not work then you can plug in the Ethernet cord and gain access to the internet that way. Call us at 404-550-8005 if neither of these options work.
COMPUTER & INTERNET PHONE SYSTEM This unit is equiped with Shore Dreams Communications Internet Cafe and provides access to a laptop computer, local and long distance phone service. The computer is protected by GPS software and anti-theft programs. You will need a password to log into the internet. The computer must be on to use the phone and should be shut off every night.

CLEANING ISSUES OR DAMAGE If you find any cleaning or damage issues please call our Home Care Team at 850-865-5558 as soon as you check in.
AIR CONDITIONING AND LEAVING THE DOORS OPEN Please keep the temperature at 70 or above and when you leave please close the blinds and put the temperature at 78 degrees. If you want to keep the doors open for a while, PLEASE SHUT OFF THE AIR CONDITIONING! The unit could freeze up and it may take hours or longer to get fixed.
PETS If you brought your furry friend PLEASE PICK UP AFTER THEM!
OUR HOME This is our home too, so please treat it like you are staying at a friend’s house and we hope you feel that you are anyway!
TOWELS To save trees, water, the earth and all things great and small, use towels sparingly so we don’t have to wash all day and you don’t run out of clean, fluffy, dry ones. Please do not use those clean, fluffy towels on the beach. You can purchase some cool beach towels at Tom Thumb or Wings down the street cheap and take them home with you as a souvenir.
CHECK OUT Check out is 10 AM. Since our Home Care Service is very busy, there may not be time for a late check out and you may meet them on the way out!
DISHES AND LINENS WHEN YOU LEAVE Please place all dishes in the dishwasher and start a load when you leave. Place all towels and sheets in the hallway.
TRASH Trash pick up is every day. All you need to do is place the white bagged trash at the end of the driveway corner by 10 AM or 5 PM and it will be picked up. Please do not leave any trash in the unit when you leave.
AMENTITY CARDS are NOT available for this unit. We suggest purchasing a Sandestin Gold Gift Card which allows you access to many amenities including the Beach Service, Fitness Center and Spa, etc. The Finz Pool can sometimes be accessed by having a drink or food at the Finz Beachside Grill which is open to everyone. BEACH SERVICE Beach service is available for a fee starting March through October. You will need to purchase the Sandestin Gold Gift Card (increments of $15 are available) mentioned above to rent chairs and umbrellas from the Sandestin Resort. Each unit is equipped with chairs, an umbrella and a rolling cart for your use. These items are a courtesy and not guaranteed to be there upon arrival. NO SMOKING SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE WHERE THERE ARE OPEN DOORS OR WINDOWS. BALCONY SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN. IF SMOKING AND SMOKE REMNANTS ARE DISCOVERED PRIOR TO CHECKING OUT YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND FORFEIT YOUR REMAINING RENTAL BALANCE. OWNER IS ALLERGIC TO SMOKE.
