This one-bedroom/one-bath, second-floor condo offers a partial gulf view and easy access to the beach. With two bunks tucked into the hall, there is room for the whole family. Located in a small, quiet low-rise community on Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar, it is just across from a private, gated stretch of South Walton’s gorgeous beach between Destin and Sandestin, and offers the perfect getaway for a small family, two couples, golf or girlfriend trip.
The tropical decor sets the "beach" mood. Step out onto the balcony and enjoy a beautiful diagonal view of the pristine Gulf of Mexico. The lush, nicely landscaped, low-rise community of Gulfview II offers a pool, including one that is seasonally heated, a grill area and a hot tub for relaxing at the end of the day. It is a small community with only three buildings, so you won't be bombarded with neighbors. And since they are three-story, there are no elevators. Park on east side of building for closest steps to unit.
The Master bedroom includes a queen-bed and television. The unit has two twin bunks conveniently built into the hall, and the sofa is also a sleeper. So there's plenty of room for a family of six.
What's your favorite way to relax? Toasting the sunset on your own private beach? Enjoying a cool drink and nibbles at one of the walk-able, nearby restaurants? Or simply unwinding with your toes in the sand, reading a good book and listening to the lull of the surf--AHHH!
If you are here during the off-season, you might join the snowbirds in a weekly card game. Like to bike? You can rent bicycles or motor scooters nearby. Or bring your own bike and lock and take advantage of the on-site bike racks. Scenic Gulf Drive is just that–SCENIC and there are sidewalks for walking, jogging, or simply enjoying the neighborhood.
Miramar Beach is the place to be if you prefer a more secluded beach community. But the area offers something for every member of the family. You are conveniently located between Destin and Sandestin, so you are close to everything.
From arts and culture to eco-tourism, from fine dining to quick bites, from sports and adventure to shopping and spas, this area has it all. Rent a boat or paddleboard. Play golf or stumble upon a treasure on the beach or at one of the many shopping areas. Go deep-sea fishing or explore the famed, expansive Choctawhatchee Bay in what is known as the "world's luckiest fishing village." Destin-dining is also world-famous among foodies and regular folks alike.
You can skydive, sail, cruise, dolphin watch, and explore the many opportunities that await you on the emerald shores of this stretch of the incredibly scenic panhandle of Florida. Or you can simply exhale and relax...
