Shore Dreams Vacation Rentals was started by former sports and music executive and real estate investor, Renata Circeo-Loudon. She started her career in broadcasting and events at NBC affiliate, WICD-TV and by volunteering for the first Farm Aid. In 1990 she moved to Atlanta, GA to pursue a graduate degree in Sports Management and to fulfill a life long dream of working on the Olympic Games and the Super Bowl. Renata worked for Live Nation Entertainment as an Area Vice President following a successful career with House of Blues Concerts in Atlanta. Recently, she was featured in the “Millionaire Real Estate Investor”, by Gary Keller and is excited to continue learning about real estate, investing and spending more time at her beach house with her family!

Sharon Shaw brings a host of talents and business expertise to Shore Dreams Vacation Rentals. Sharon’s handles the reservation system, owner relations, unit setup and interior design projects. Prior to joining Shore Dreams as a team member, Sharon was a business owner of a Cleaning Company, Candle Making Enterprise and work as an Interior Consultant in the furniture business. Sharon is originally from Dallas, Texas and Springfield, Illinois.

Member of the Shore Dreams Team I assist owners, guest and vendors by organizing an improving the productivity. Kim Hardin is a Real Estate Consultant & Investor – Licensed Agent in two states Barclay’s Real Estate Group in Florida and All 3 Realty, LLC in Georgia. Designations, CPM®- Certified Property Mgr. / ABR® Accredited Buyers Rep, e-PRO® Kim Hardin wears many hats at Shore Dreams Vacation Rentals and in her Real Estate career. As a Vacation Rental Specialist, she manages the reservation process, guest experience and follow-up at Shore Dreams as well as working with property owners and investors on how to maximize their rental income through vacation rentals utilizing our Owner-friendly systems.

Snowball follows our Spokesdog, Jazz who has crossed the Rainbow Bridge at a ripe old age. Snowball is a 5 year old Bichon Frise that loves the beach and travels to Destin all year round to enjoy the beautiful weather and sniffs in the Florida Panhandle.
