This was an ideal spot! The gated community was stunning! The golf cart was so much fun! The outdoor seating was relaxing and had a beautiful view! The management was very kind and informative. The only issue we had was the shower curtain rod fell down. Would highly recommend staying here!

We will definitely stay here again. Everyone was so friendly. The place was super clean and smelled nice. Beds were comfortable. Having the golf cart was a plus to get to ALL of the many places to go within the resort. The linkside pool is under construction so we had to ride further to the other, however it’s going to be really nice when it’s done. Can’t wait to stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay in Sandestin! The house was perfect for our family of five. It was beautiful and clean. The outside area was peaceful and relaxing. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were nice. The hot water did run out when all five of us needed to shower, so we just spaced our showers out a little more. Having a golf cart is a must, so we made sure to find somewhere that offered one. The golf cart was older, but worked great. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful pet friendly cottage on the golf course. Loved that it was on a slab no steps for my dachshunds ! The Explorie free golf was used almost everyday and greens fees are well over $100 at every course so thats a huge benefit. The golf cart was much appreicated.

I have stayed in this unit many times and it is wonderful as always. Easy entry and check out. Home is updated and clean. Conveniently located. Golf cart is amazing. It hold 6 people or in our case 2 adults 2 dachshunds a YETI and 2 beach chairs! I will say our umbrella was stolen from the back so take all your belongings off the cart at night. We had a wonderful time and have already booked the unit for May 2023 !

This house was perfect for my wife and I and our dogs. The location is beautiful with fairly easy access to lots of attractions and activities, most of which can be found by going either east or west on highway 98. The area is very well kept up and clean. It does have a few rules that are expected to be followed, but nothing most people would have a problem with. It was the perfect spot to stay and get a few days away, we will be staying in this community again!

I have stayed in this unit at least 3 times now. Updated, convient, clean, everything you want in a unit. Its on a slab so no steps is nice for unloading the car and my husband has a double knee replacement so its perfect for us. The free golf through ShoreDreams saves us a TON of money he goes every day almost. And if you have a problem with the unit the ladies are super efficient at getting it resolved. Had a blip with the golf cart and the guy had it fixed in an hour tops. A friend had a problem with their HVAC and it was fixed within hours. I recommend this to all my friends. In fact i referred the Morgans to unit 430 Linkside and they rented it the entire month of January ! Already made reservations for May 2021 !

We LOVED this unit! We have stayed at about every neighborhood on bayside and this is one of our favorites. The unit is very open and updated. We had a 2 year old and she loved running around in the big grassy backyard. Our favorite part was the 6 seater golf cart-- we took it everywhere we went.

We really enjoyed our time at linkside.. The pictures and description were very accurate. The entire unit was updated, everything was clean and in great working order. Our favorite amenity by far was the golf cart, and since it fit 6 people our entire party was able to fit and we were able to take it to the beach, to the village, and basically anywhere else in the resort without having use our car. Having the pool within walking distance was wonderful, and there was plenty of room and areas to walk our dog. I would definitely recommend this unit to others!

Our stay at Linkside 414 was incredible. ShoreDreams is an incredible Vacation Rental Company. This was our second time using them and both times we have had no problems whatsoever. We have four kids and the bunk beds with two double beds and a trundle gave us plenty of room to even have grandma come down for a day and use the guest room. This unit is even prettier than the pictures! The sunroom was a great spot to hangout! Having the 6 seat golf court, is very enjoyable. Of course, SanDestin is a one of a kind resort and we love it. We will definitely be back next year and will most likely rent this same unit!

This home is just lovely. If we could give it more than 5 stars, we would! The minute we arrived, we fell in love with it. Just the most perfect relaxing holiday vacation we could have asked for. We have been to the Sandestin area several times, and this is absolutely our favorite location so far. Everything was spotless, including the sun-porch and the wonderful back deck. Comfortable seating for enjoying a meal, watching a movie, or reading a book. The kitchen has everything you would ever need. The separate bar area is a wonderful plus. The bedrooms are wonderfully furnished and comfortable, the master bath is incredible. While we weren't traveling with kids, the third bedroom is a great set-up for them to play, sleep, or watch their own television show. While we were there, we played golf at both The Raven and The Links course. Having the one free round of golf and the other incl uded amenities is very nice and helps to cut down on expenses. And what a great treat to have the golf cart included - it's by far the best way to get around the resort. We used it to go to the store, to the movie and to dinner! This home is a cozy, comfortable, home away from home. You can tell that the owner has taken a lot of time to make it into the perfect vacation get-away. So glad that she shares it with others. We cannot wait to come back and hope to stay even longer on our next visit. This will be our go to location whenever we are in the Sandestin area. I cannot say enough good things about it. Absolutely loved everything about it!

We came down with 2 kids (4 and 2), and another adult. My husband and his employee were there for business, with the intention of mixing in a bit of pleasure. Being there alone with the kids during a rainy day, I found the house comfy and cozy. More than enough cookware for cooking for kids. The golf cart was awesome and we used it everyday. There were beach toys for the kids and more than enough room for everyone to sit in the living room and sun room. The property was older but clean and nice. Updated bathrooms and lots of cookware. Beds were great. Will be staying again. Staff helped us rent for another night over the phone when we couldn't get it to work online. Great experience!

We enjoyed this home due to the golf cart the comfy beds and the updated bathrooms. All three bedrooms have great beds and bedding. We normally stay facing the bay but this is a very quiet area and the price cannot be beat. We stay in Sandestin at least twice a year and we will be back to this unit. Dealing with management was easy and did take awhile to get some payments switched, but they followed up and got it done.
