This 2 Story, 2 Bedroom home has a Queen in the Master Bedroom with a 1/2 Bathroom and 3 Twin Beds in the Guest Bedroom. All Bedrooms are on the 2nd floor along with a Full Bath. The 1st Floor includes the Living Room (with queen murphy bed), Dining Area, Kitchen, and a 1/2 Bathroom and stackable washer/dryer.
Southbay by the Gulf, is a quaint little townhome community located in the heart of Destin on the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This secluded property offers such a variety of vacation homes; you will be drawn back, time after memorable time. Our units feature private patios bursting with Florida wildlife, or you can fish from your private lake front balcony (catch and release). It is a short walk thru the complex to the private beach (approximately 150 yards). There are no roads to cross and you have private access from the complex. Beach service is available during high season. Southbay has 2 swimming pools and 2 kiddy pools; we heat the south pool in the winter. If it's tennis that you love, we have that too. Our grounds are made for walking so park at your front door and enjoy a stroll through the property while feeding the birds, fish and turtles.
From arts and culture to eco-tourism, from fine dining to quick bites, from sports and adventure to shopping and spas; the Destin area has it all. Rent a boat or paddleboard. Play golf or stumble upon a treasure on the beach or at one of the many shopping areas. Go deep-sea fishing or explore the famed, expansive Choctawhatchee Bay in what is known as the "world's luckiest fishing village."
