Blue Surf Townhomes has an incredible location on Scenic 98 just across the street from Pompano Joe's. Blue Surf 9 has an exceptional layout and is just steps to the white sand beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf. This gorgeous townhome has been completely remodeled with tasteful upgrades, which include a upgraded kitchen featuring granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and modern fixture & hardware finishes. This Blue Surf Unit has been professionally decorated with a beach flare that has proven popular for our guests. On the 1st floor is the kitchen, dining, laundry, bathroom and primary bedroom, with access outside patio. The 2nd floor has a very nice size living room which features a bar with mini-fridge. Also the 2nd bedroom which features a king bed and twin bunks. Additional features include updated bathrooms with custom tile shower/tub combos. Beach Service Included!

Pet Fees $100.00 per pet. Max of 2 Pets - 35 lbs and under. For stays of 28 days and longer, an additional long-term pet fee of $150 is required. No Cats Allowed!

This unit is in a great location! They take care of the grounds and it's beautiful here. The pool is always clean and nice to enjoy during our stay. Our unit is pet friendly so it's great for us because we never leave our pups at home. Restaurants in the area that you should visit are The back Porch and lulus. Pompano joes use to be our favorite but have definitely gone downhill since last year. The unit could use some updates as far as furniture but overall, no complaints! We have stayed at this property for 4 years straight and already booked next year as well. You won't be disappointed:)

This is our 3rd time staying at this location. We love it here! The beach is just across the street. It’s nice to take your beach gear and just walk a short distance to set up for the day. There is plenty of shopping and eating areas in walking distance. Our dogs love it as well with plenty of areas to walk them! The townhouse is always clean and customer service is great!

This was our second stay in Blue Surf #9 and we were delighted with the upgrades that had been made since our visit in October. The furniture replacements, new rugs, bathroom caulking and general cleaning out of the cabinets and closets were refreshing improvements to the whole condo. We also noted certain areas had been given a good cleaning (especially the staircase banister). Overall, the condo is comfortable and we are delighted that we already have a week booked in March 2023!

We loved our vacation home. It accommodated our family and needs perfectly. The location next to the beach makes it extremely convenient to visit the beach with kids. The kids loved the pool. My husband and I love walking our dogs and there is a large walkway/bike trail to do so right in front of the residence. Our vacation home was clean and well kept. Love the keyless entry.

The condo was great. Loved that it had two dedicated parking spots for the unit, was close to the beach, and had a pool that was close and open later in the evening. The kids had a great time and the pool was warm, which was nice since it was cooler in the evenings. The beds were very comfortable in the unit and we appreciated having some amenities provided.

As soon as we walked in, my daughters loved the place. It had everything we needed including pots and pans to cook dinner. And the best part was we literally just walked out the back patio door a d took a few steps to get to the beach. We loved our visit and plan on coming back.

We rented this property as a family getaway after Christmas. The property was clean and the location and proximity to the ocean was perfect! There were 6 of us and we fit comfortably in the condo. Everyone felt the beds were extremely comfortable! The property was close to restaurants and shops within walking distance. This was a great vacation in a great location!

The location was EXCELLENT! So close to the beach and an easy walk to restaurants and shops. Very short drive to other attractions and restaurants. The condo was clean and in good condition. The beds were very comfortable-everyone in our party commented what a good night sleep we got during our stay. Check in and out was very easy and the location was easy to find.

This home was beautiful, the decoration was on point, this home is very spacious, we really enjoy this place, the beach shopping places, restaurants, the cruise 🚢 plus the parking lot is reserved by condo numbers which is totally great, lovely place to stay, definitely going to rent it for our next vacations trip next year.
