A 6 seater golf cart is included to take to the beach or the shops and restaurants of Gulf Place and 30A or enjoy a bike ride of the area with the bikes which are included in the rental. Enjoy outdoor living with a large deck off the living room/Kitchen area features a grilling area, TV and amble seating for plenty of outdoor fun. A huge fenced in back yard with a large private saltwater pool, which can be heated for $50/per night for entire stay. This well equipped, updated home is ideal for families looking for a relaxing beach vacation with all the comforts (and more! ) of home. Sleeps 12. No Pets Allowed.
From time to time, due to the mechanics of golf carts, their parts or operational error, the golf cart will not operate or will be out of service. There is no guarantee that the golf cart will be in service during the entire period of your stay, however we will provide service and repair to the best of our ability subject to the time of the notification of such operational error. There are no credits, refunds or alternative means of transportation provided to any guest due to the golf cart being out of service for any or all of the period of your stay.

This property was AMAZING. The location was perfect - in a secluded, quiet neighborhood, but only a short golf cart ride to the beach. The house was spotless. The kitchen was well stocked. The backyard was huge, and the pool was so much fun. Check in and out was super easy (no crazy list of things to do when you leave). The golf cart was so convenient to have in this area. We would book this property again and again.

This is the most amazing place!! The backyard is a beautiful oasis and the pool is stunning!! Comfortable and clean, felt great to come back to after a day of sightseeing to many local attractions. We had an excellent stay at this home in Santa Rosa Beach. The location was perfect, and the house itself was incredibly well equipped and comfortable.One standout for us was the kitchen. We cook all of our meals due to food allergies, and I don’t know that I’ve ever stayed in a rental with a more fully stocked, thoughtfully equipped kitchen. It truly made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable.We did have an issue with the pool heater during our stay, but the property management company was extremely responsive and had someone out the same day to fix it, which we really appreciated.Overall, a wonderful experience. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful house. We were in town for a wedding and needed something that was comfortable for the family, keep us entertained and close to all the wedding festivities. The layout of the house gave us a bathroom for each bedroom which helped with getting ready, pool for our leisure and came with Xbox and a bunch of board games suitable for the family. We really enjoyed our time there and would absolutely stay again.

Everything was perfect. We arrived at 4:10pm. We had no issues with check-in. All the codes for the doors and storage areas worked well. We never have to contact the host for anything… it was absolutely perfect. Check-out was easy as well. The house is very clean and well-kept. The furnishings are up-to-date. The good cart was so fun. My daughter lived the games. I couldn’t have imagined anything better. I highly recommend this property for family.

We had such a great time staying at this house! It was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a fun, relaxing trip. The 6-seater golf cart was a huge bonus — we used it every day to zip to the beach, grab food, and check out local shops. The location is perfect, central to everything but still quiet and peaceful.The backyard was our favorite spot — the private pool was beautiful and felt like our own little oasis. We spent so much time out there just hanging out and enjoying the sunshine. Honestly, everything about this place made our trip easy and enjoyable.

This house provided us a family vacation we will remember forever. POOL: The backyard specifically is the piece to completing the puzzle. It is so beautiful back there with so much nature. The pool is amazing. Our kids and entire family enjoyed every second of this pool. It was HUGE after spending mornings at the beach or days we weren’t able to enjoy the beach to the fullest. Okay, really anytime!! HOUSE: Plenty of room for our family. 4 adults and 2 younger kids. CLEANLINESS: I am a big clean/germ freak- I can’t help it. I was very pleased with the cleaning prior to entering for our stay. The cleaning person deserves a lot of credit because she is doing a great job. It is one of the biggest things that sets the tone for how you feel staying in the place you are. So thank you because I was put at ease the second I walked through the doors and that continued walking through and checking out the rest of the house upon arrival. CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: Susan made it all easy. She was always reachable prior to our visit and quick to respond along with helpful. Easy to check in and out. We LOVED our stay and this house is a little special hidden treasure tucked away at the end of Beth Lane. The house was amazing, kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook for several people. The golf cart was great, especially to ride down the road to the beach. The pool was big enough for our entire family with extra room. Recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

The home was absolutely lovely and extremely well stocked. I love to cook and I have never had so many pots and pans to choose from. Everyone who visited us wanted to rent this home. It is truly one of the best vacation houses I ever stayed in. We like to rent homes that are pet friendly. But this home was stunning when we viewed it on line. Unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy the backyard swimming pool. The house was in our budget and we liked that the fact that it is all on one floor.Whenever I contacted Shore Dreams, they responded immediately. We were very pleased with the service.

My Family and I enjoyed our vacation rental at Santa Rosa 143 Beth Lane. We enjoyed the heated saltwater pool; The golf cart was a huge benefit. We enjoyed bike riding. The ping pong table in the garage was fun. The backyard is huge and inviting for relaxation or fun. The side gravel parking is super awesome for vans, trucks or a large SUV.

The home was d*** near perfect, pool was perfect size for our group and the yard had the perfect vacation look. The deck with the lights and the outside tv was a big hit. The golf cart was a nice addition and made it so much nicer to just jump on the cart and do the running we did with that instead of getting in and out of a car. Absolutely enjoyed the house and everything it had for us to use.

Home was beautiful, had everything you could need. Loved the layout, pool, and deck. We always look for homes with bunk beds and golf carts when we vacation and this house had both. It was a little farther from the beach than we thought and it was mostly public accesses that made the beach crowded, we like neighborhoods with private beach access. But it was not a deal breaker. Overall this rental was excellent!

This home was great, it meet all our needs. The pool was large and fit our larger group very well. Some of the places we looked at had very small pools. We paid extra to have it heated and that was perfect for our evening swims. You cannot beat the back yard setting with a covered porch and gas fire pit was perfect! The six seater golf cart was an added bonus with no additional charge. I want to mention also the guest bedrooms have bunks but they are King over Queen and Queen over Queen. Also loved the ping-pong table( I was the champ)
