This second-floor, three-bedroom, two-bath, pet-friendly condo with a split bedroom arrangement and open-concept with vaulted ceilings, is ideal for two families. Spacious and bright, with 2 living areas, there is room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their beach vacation in style! The roomy den with flat screen television is comfortable for family movie night. The kitchens provides everything that you will need to prepare any type of meal. The large dining table and breakfast bar ensure that everyone has a seat for meals or playing board games.
The bedrooms which include a king bed and flat screen television in the tranquil master suite, and a queen bed in the second bedroom. The roomy third bedroom includes 2 twin beds.

Chateau La Mer is a hidden gem on the Emerald Coast, a family-oriented complex, perfect for a peaceful get-away. With only 58 units, beautiful well tended landscaping, this complex is quite unique. And don't leave Fido behind! There are large expanses of lawn and sidewalks to walk him in the neighborhood or along the boardwak with doggie bag stations included on the property.
