This spacious, bright, ground-floor condo features an open-concept design. Step out through the patio door and enjoy a refreshing morning swim in the nearby community pool. The crisp, white kitchen comes with a breakfast bar and all the essentials for creating memorable vacation meals. The relaxing master bedroom offers a king-sized bed and wall-mounted flat-screen TV, while the second, charming cottage-themed bedroom has two queen-sized beds. Beach service is included, with two chairs and an umbrella provided.

Pet Fees $100.00 per pet. Max of 2 Pets - 50 lbs and under. For stays of 28 days and longer, an additional long-term pet fee of $150 is required. No Cats Allowed!

Fantastic condo for a getaway! The beach was SO close, beachside chair service was easy and convenient, and the condo was clean and comfortable. Very family friendly, and it felt private even with people around. I would absolutely book this unit again!

Great condo in a very convenient location. Clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped for a longer stay. It was perfect for a family of four, with a comfy sofa & chairs in a living room, very comfortable beds, a nice round table for a family dinner. We felt at home there. Beach service is excellent, it was nice to have an umbrella and chairs ready every day. Beach is just a short walk away and inviting, warm pool just a few steps from a condo. The whole resort is well kept and clean, with a beautiful landscaping and green lawns. Very relaxing vibe. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!Few issues:No sidewalks inside the resort. If you have small children be careful beacuse you are are going to walk through the car entrance/exit while going to and from the beach.There are no foldable racks or any hooks provided inside the condo to dry or hang beach towels etc. At the same time, it is forbidden to hang them on the patio or balcony. You need to have coins to do the laundry. I knew it is a public laundry but I assumed I can wash my things just using a code at the door to get to the laundry room. Bring your quaters!Also, read your welcome email very carefully, lots of info there!

Super easy from start to finish. Beds were so comfortable and the unit was beautiful. So insanely close to the beach and the two complimentary chairs every day were so clutch. Best bang for your buck. We will definitely be back.

The kitchen had many different appliances that allowed for any time of cooking you wanted to do! Being so close to the beach was so nice! Would stay here again.

Check-in was super easy and everything was wonderful. Really was a two minute walk to the beach which we loved. Everything in the house was nice and clean. Definitely recommend staying there and if we come back to Destin I would love to book here again!

Very nice unit. Pet Friendly. Some nice updates. Very clean and well stocked. Close to the beach walkway and the pool. Shore Dreams is very easy to work with when making reservations or having questions answered. Would recommend this unit.

We loved our condo unit 4b at Chateau LeMer. It was practical, well stocked, comfortable and conveniently located to some of the best restaurants and shopping. There was ample room to park and although not on the beach, you could see and here the beach from the parking lot. We would definitely stay here again.
