This is the perfect place! Everything was just like it was pictured! The condo is well-maintained. It has anything you need in the kitchen for cooking meals.Great layout for family The pool was always just right. Great location! Newly decorated! Super clean. Next to pool and short walk to the beach where chairs/umbrellas are included! Grills and picnic tables are available. Captain Dave's restaurant is right across the street and it was honestly the best seafood we had while there.

We enjoyed our stay! The place was just as pictured and had great proximity to the beach. We did run into a problem with the AC, but the host responded quickly, and the AC was fixed right away. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.

Very convenient to beach. Only issue is i assumed "private beach entrance" "meant it was on the beach instead of across the street. No biggie, a nice place with all the amenities we needed.

Our family absolutely loved this property! It was a short walk to the beach. Next to the pool. It was decorated so cute and had everything we could possibly have needed for our stay there. We would definitely recommend staying there and we hope to go back.

Our family enjoyed our stay so much. The condo was beautiful, extremely clean, well stocked with essentials, and a short wall to the beach. I loved the extra touch of music playing on the TV as we arrived. I would definitely book 7A again in the future.

Pros-we walked in to a code that didnt work and the power was shut off. We called and they picked up quickly and within 5 minutes we where in and had power. Very close to the beach Nice patio with grassy area Fully stocked Close to all things fun Cons-water parks are closed in october(not the complex fault) Floors were extremely dirty,made our feet black so we had to wash every time we got into bed or on sofa. Close to all the fun thing

Clean, well maintained unit. Property pool was right across from our unit which was fantastic! And a private entrance to the beach was within about a 3 minute walk. Nice to not have to drive & find a place to park to go to the beach.

Loved this property! Everything was nice & clean. Beach access was super convenient. Beach chairs & umbrellas provided fcfs. Over all a great experience. Only draw back is the main bathtub did not drain appropriately. Problematic with our 4 boys trying to shower back to back.

I cannot say enough. It’s beautifully appointed, the kitchen is great. The master/bath is just amazing. I love the coastal furnishing style, including the gorgeous painting on the walls. I also appreciate the tech features of the tvs, as I have a roku stick and it was so easy to connect and see all the programming I needed or wanted. I’m not yet a big fan of the Alexa units in each room, but they really didn’t bother me.I also really enjoyed the screened in porch, a luxury I didn’t have last year. One suggestion would be to maybe get a comfortable chair out there for people who want to sit and read for an extended time. I also appreciate the updated washer/dryer in this unit. It’s so easy to use. This is a unit I very much look forward to staying in for the same time next year. Most importantly, thank you for making this unit pet-friendly. My dog Maggie has as great a time as I did in this unit!

We just got back from a week long stay and this condo was absolutely beautiful. Everything looked new and the unit was extremely clean. They have everything you need, from kitchen utensils, pots and pans, to a washer and dryer. The unit is pet friendly and did not have a pet smell at all. Very beautiful and well maintained condo.
